This website is just a month and a week old, the readership is booming, and swim fans want more. I'm looking for ways to get more interesting content to you, so I thought that I'd start offering for people to email me a submission that they'd like published.
If you're a fan, a swimmer, or a coach and want to submit a story, recap, interview, or anything else, I'm interested. Just shoot me an email ([email protected]). I just got this idea, because a new twitter feed just popped up today and I was tagged by the feed. It's called @takeyourmarks23 and put up all kinds of results from the NSC meet today.
I think it's awesome that someone is taking the time to put out more FREE high school swimming news. So, email me your ideas and we can go from there. I already did this with Coach Paul Anderson with his interview. I gave him 100% editing rights, so that he was sure that he, his school, and his swimmers were properly portrayed (Thanks, again, Coach Anderson!).
If you want it submitted anonymously, I'll post it and just say "from a guest writer". And if you want the publicity, I'll give it to you!
The main fact is that you guys love swimming, you want more content, and I want to do what I can to give it to you. And I think it's cool if I can involve you in the process, too!
So start thinking... conference meet recaps, sectionals previews, state predictions, suit fiasco, surprise team of the year, most underrated team, top 10 lists, etc.
